Everything You Need to Sell Under Your Own Brand

Auction tools, bidder ownership, storefront options, and back-office settlement in one focused platform.

Your Own Branded Site

Use your logo, colors, domain, terms, and navigation. Bidders interact with your auction house, not a shared marketplace brand.

Bidder Database Ownership

Your registrations, bidder history, and customer relationships stay with your business so you can market future sales directly.

Timed Auctions

Schedule online auctions with start and end dates, live countdowns, configurable bid increments, and anti-sniping extensions.

Fixed-Price Sales Mode

Switch from auctions to a storefront for high-value pieces that should sell at a defined price instead of waiting for a bidding close.

Buy It Now & Reserve Pricing

Add immediate-purchase options or protect consignors with confidential minimum prices on selected lots.

Priority & Featured Lots

Offer a premium-placement upsell to consignors. Flag any lot as Featured to wrap it in a customizable accent border and float it to the top of category results — a built-in revenue stream you control.

Consignor Settlements

Assign lots to consignors, set commission rates, calculate payouts, and generate polished PDF settlement invoices after each sale.

Hosted Website Tools

Turn on a hosted home page with a hero image, gallery, welcome copy, auction links, and license information when you do not want a separate website builder.

Operations & Accountability

Manage users, categories, analytics, support tickets, two-factor authentication, audit logs, past auction archives, and admin help content from one place.

A Bidding Engine Built for Auctions

Our bidding system is designed to handle the pace and pressure of real auctions. Every bid is processed inside a database transaction with row-level locking — two bids arriving at the same instant will never corrupt your data.

Configurable bid increments let you set the rules for your market. Antique bottles at $5 increments? Fine art at $500 steps? You decide.

  • Race-condition-proof with SELECT...FOR UPDATE locking
  • Seven configurable increment tiers ($0-250, $250-500, $500-1000, etc.)
  • Anti-sniping auto-extension in final 10 minutes
  • Complete bid history and audit trail
  • Outbid notifications to keep bidders engaged
  • Disabled-user enforcement (blocked users can't bid)
  • Optional two-factor authentication for bidder accounts

Consignment Management, Simplified

Stop tracking consignments in spreadsheets. Our platform links every lot to its consignor, calculates payouts based on your commission structure, and generates professional PDF invoices with one click.

Set a default commission rate for your house, or override it per consignor for your best clients. When an auction closes, invoices are ready in seconds.

  • Flag any user as a consignor from the admin panel
  • Per-consignor or default commission rates
  • Automatic payout calculation: sale price minus commission
  • Professional PDF invoices with your logo and branding
  • Batch invoice generation for entire auctions
  • Consignor address details on every invoice
  • Complete lot-by-lot breakdown with totals

Your Brand, Your Site, Your Way

Every auction site on our platform is completely independent. Your bidders see your brand — not ours. Your colors, your logo, your navigation links, your terms of sale.

Security Your Bidders Can Trust

Bidder confidence drives higher sale prices. Our platform is built with security at every layer — from encrypted connections to account-level protections — so your bidders can focus on the auction, not their safety.

Two-factor authentication gives your bidders the option to protect their accounts with a code from Google Authenticator or Authy. Combined with session management and device memory, it's secure without being intrusive.

  • SSL/TLS encryption on every site (HTTPS automatic)
  • Optional TOTP two-factor authentication for bidder accounts
  • Device remembering — bidders verify once per device for 30 days
  • Session timeout warnings before expiry — no lost bids
  • Automatic session heartbeat keeps active bidders logged in
  • Password hashing with bcrypt (industry standard)
  • Session fixation protection with ID regeneration on login
  • Cross-tenant session isolation — no data leakage between sites

Why flat pricing can be cheaper as you grow

Many auction and selling platforms charge a percentage of online sales, event fees, bid fees, or usage-based add-ons. Antique Auction Suite does not take a percentage of your hammer price or storefront sales, so your platform cost stays predictable when a strong sale performs well.

$199.99 Cost of a 2% platform fee on $10,000 in monthly hammer or sales volume.
$349.99 Cost of a 2% platform fee on $17,500 in monthly hammer or sales volume.
$499.99 Cost of a 2% platform fee on $25,000 in monthly hammer or sales volume.
0% Antique Auction Suite platform commission on your hammer price or fixed-price sales.

Auction Base starts at $199.99/month and Dealer plans start at $49.99/month. Actual savings depend on the competitor, your sales volume, payment processor, auction format, and optional services. The main advantage is predictability: your software bill does not rise just because your sale performs better.

Auction Eligibility and Legal Compliance

Auction tools are powerful and regulated. Auction-style plans are reserved for legally authorized auction operators, including auction companies, licensed auctioneers where required, and entities otherwise permitted by applicable law to conduct auctions.

Customers must be licensed where required and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws before creating, advertising, or conducting an auction through Antique Auction Suite.

Antique Auction Suite provides software and technology services only. We do not act as the auctioneer, auction house, seller, broker, consignor, escrow agent, or legal advisor. The customer operating the auction is solely responsible for all auction activity, including licensing, sale terms, bidder registration, lot descriptions, bid acceptance, invoices, taxes, buyer disputes, consignor obligations, settlement, shipping, pickup, and regulatory compliance.

Antique Auction Suite may request licensing or business verification and may suspend or restrict auction functionality if an account appears to be used by an unauthorized, unlicensed, or non-compliant operator.

We provide the software. The auction operator is responsible for the auction.

Fair Use and Plan Limits

Dealer plans are intended for fixed-price antique inventory, not auction-house operations. Auction subscriptions are intended for one auction company and one primary brand unless otherwise approved in writing.

Auction-style tenants are reserved for legally authorized auction use. Customers must represent that they have all required licenses, registrations, permits, authority, and legal capacity necessary to conduct auctions in every jurisdiction where they operate.

Plan limits apply to auction count, lot capacity, active inventory, admin users, storage, media usage, archive access, branded sites, and overall platform activity. Repeated one-time events, auction splitting, inventory rotation, multiple brands, shared admin logins, or other workarounds may require a plan upgrade, add-on, Enterprise pricing, or a custom agreement.

Auction Base value: For about the same annual cost as three one-time events, Auction Base gives you your own branded auction platform all year.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before getting started.

How does pricing work?
We offer Dealer Buy It Now plans, Auction House subscriptions, one-time auction events, and optional add-ons. Pricing scales by active inventory, auction count, lots per auction, admin users, archive needs, and support requirements.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. Dealer Standard, Dealer Pro, and auction subscription plans include custom domain support. Dealer Lite and one-time event customers can use a custom subdomain, with domain setup assistance available as an add-on.
How long does setup take?
We can have your site provisioned and ready to customize within a few hours of signing up. Most customers have their first auction or storefront live within a day.
Do bidders and buyers see your branding or mine?
Yours. Every site is fully branded with your logo, colors, and business information. Bidders and buyers see your auction house or business, not a generic marketplace page.
Can I run multiple auctions at the same time?
Yes, within the limits of your auction plan. Auction subscriptions include annual auction counts and per-auction lot capacity, while one-time event packages are intended for occasional single-sale use.
Can Dealer plans be used for auctions?
No. Dealer plans are for fixed-price antique inventory. Auction-house operations, consignor settlement workflows, bidder registration, and auction events require an Auction House subscription, one-time event package, or Enterprise plan.
Do I need an auction license?
Auction-style accounts are reserved for legally authorized auction use. You are responsible for determining and satisfying all licensing, tax, consumer protection, and regulatory requirements that apply where you operate. Antique Auction Suite provides software only; the auction operator is responsible for the auction.
What happens when an auction ends?
Lots are marked as sold and auction records remain available according to your plan. You can generate consignor payout invoices as PDFs, and long-term searchable archive hosting is available through eligible plans or the Historical Auction Archive add-on.
Do I own my bidder data?
Yes. Your users, their contact information, and their bid history are on your site and in your database. Unlike marketplace platforms, we do not pool your bidders with other sellers.
Is there a contract or commitment?
Dealer and auction subscriptions are month-to-month. One-time events are priced per sale and include temporary post-auction access. Enterprise plans and custom workflows may use contract-based terms.
What kind of support do you offer?
Every site includes a built-in support ticket system so your team can report issues directly from the admin panel. Higher auction plans include priority support, enhanced onboarding, or dedicated account support.
Can I handle consignment and invoicing through the platform?
Yes. Auction plans support consignor management, reserve pricing, settlement workflows, and professional PDF settlement invoices with lot-by-lot breakdowns.
